Ned’s Kitchen provides home-cooked dog food recipes and nutritional guidance designed to support general canine wellbeing. All information, recipes, and services are provided for educational purposes only and are not intended to replace veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

By using this website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility & Owner Responsibility

By purchasing from Ned’s Kitchen, you confirm that:

  • You are responsible for your dog’s health and feeding decisions

  • Your dog is not currently under veterinary instruction to follow a specific medical diet, unless approved by your vet

  • You will consult a qualified veterinarian before making major dietary changes, especially for puppies, senior dogs, pregnant dogs, or dogs with diagnosed medical conditions

All feeding decisions remain the responsibility of the dog owner.

3. Recipes & Nutritional Information

  • Recipes are formulated to be complete and balanced according to FEDIAF guidelines, using whole foods and minimal supplementation

  • Recipes must be prepared and fed exactly as instructed to remain nutritionally complete

  • Substitutions, omissions, or incorrect portioning may result in nutritional imbalance

Ned’s Kitchen cannot be held responsible for outcomes resulting from recipe modifications or incorrect preparation.

4. Consultations (if applicable)

Nutrition consultations provide general dietary guidance and education only. They:

  • Do not constitute veterinary advice

  • Do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions

  • Are based on information provided by the client

While care is taken to provide accurate and thoughtful guidance, outcomes vary between dogs and no results can be guaranteed.

Every dog is an individual. While many dogs benefit from fresh, home-cooked diets:

  • Improvements to health, digestion, skin, coat, or behaviour are not guaranteed

  • Results may take time and differ between dogs

  • Some dogs may not respond as expected

Ned’s Kitchen makes no promises regarding specific health outcomes.

6. Digital Products & Refunds

All recipes and guides are supplied as digital downloads.

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final

  • Refunds or exchanges are not offered once content has been accessed or downloaded

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

7. Allergies & Intolerances

It is the customer’s responsibility to:
